Congratulations to Adam, Amy, Megan, and Andrea. I am so proud of all of you for competing in the Des Moines 5K this weekend. I know when you planned this you had all been running more and didn't expect to have such a cold October, but you stuck with it anyway. Way to go!!! I think we should all start training now for the Jingle Run in December:)
Check out these photos of Adam's experience. I was going to order the group photo-just one 5x7, but I am too cheap to pay over $13.00 for one picture. Wish it would have been warmer so that I could have brought Harrison and Vance along and took our own photos.
