We got a new TV for Christmas. Our old TV kicked the bucket a few months ago and we have been using a hand me down television since then. Call me naive, but when we purchased our television six years ago I thought "Good, check that off the list. Won't have to buy one of those again". Silly me!
The new one arrived last week and despite my first annoyances about having to purchase “another” TV, I actually really like it. It’s four inches bigger than our last one, but takes up very little space. We plan to hang it on the wall, if we ever get the guts, so that’s also a bonus. Right now the monstrosity is set-up in our bedroom-it looks ridiculous in there, but it has been fun to watch movies in bed. Surprisingly it took Harrison a few days to even notice it, but when he did he was excited. Adam and Harrison watched Curious George together and Harrison pointed out that “This Curious George is Awesome! He's as big as Harrison." Life size Curious George, just what we were going for.
